Bristol (Children and Young People)

Questionnaire on interpreting and translation needs amongst groups providing services to children and young people

The Children and Young People's Partnership has decided to undertake an initial needs analysis in relation to service user's interpretation, translation and sign language needs. The responses to this questionnaire will inform their understanding of levels of need, how these needs are currently met and what is required to better meet these needs. They are interested in hearing about how such needs impact on your service. It is important that as many services as possible return the questionnaire to inform the Partnership of needs. This is particularly important because analysis of needs forms an important part of the commissioning process. You can return this questionnaire confidentially but it will assist with their analysis and understanding if you could provide some service information..

However, THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED WILL BE CONFIDENTIAL and only used for these purposes.

Please answer the following questions based upon the past 12 months.  The closing date for completion of the questionnaire is 31 December.  Download questionnaire  Download in word format
