ICAS (Independent Complaints Advocacy Service) provides advocacy for people making a complaint about the health service.
Local Government Ombudsman is an independent, impartial and free service. The Ombudsmen can investigate complaints about how the council has done something. If you are unhappy with the way your complaint has progressed you can consult the LGO. Advice Line 0845 602 1983
