Well Aware is the free information and signposting service for everyone in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Bath & North East Somerset.
The Care Forum and six local authority/NHS partners have come together to develop a comprehensive database of health, wellbeing and community resources. Building on the work of previous projects such as Room 102 or Spot On, the new open portal service contains the details of 1000s of different services, as well as a wealth of other useful information.
Well Aware is:
- Free to use
- Free for organisations to be listed on
- User friendly, making it easy to find information you need for a friend, family member, client or patient – or for yourself
Well Aware also has dedicated online sections relating to:
- Mental Health and Employment
- Learning Difficulties
- Low Vision/Physical and Sensory Impairments (coming soon…)
- Speakers of Languages Other Than English (coming soon…)
- Older People (coming soon…)
