Representation
The voluntary and community sector provide a whole range of health and social care services. We want to make sure that your sector's voice is heard in planning and policy-making. We work to make sure that voluntary sector reps are able to attend a whole range of joint planning groups and key partnerships. We organise elections of voluntary sector reps through our Networks. Voluntary sector reps feedback information through the Networks and through our newsletters and ebulletins
All voluntary sector reps have a job description explaining their role and are asked to sign a code of conduct which sets out what they agree to do and how we at The Care Forum will support the. Click here to see code of conduct (Microsoft Word .doc format).
If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your system then you can download the Word viewer 2003 here.
The Care Forum places voluntary and community sector representation on a wide range of different groups including:
- Local Strategic Partnerships
- Partnership Boards eg Learning Difficulties
- Mental Health Local Implementation Teams
