Adult Community Health Services 9.12.19
29th November 2019 @ 10:50 am
Monday 9 December from 2pm to 4pm at the BAWA Club, 589 Southmead Road, Filton, Bristol, BS34 7RF as we would like to update you on the mobilisation and gather your views on ideas being considered.
There is plenty of parking at the venue and it is well served for public transport and major road links. To book your place please contact The Care Forum on 0117 965 4444 or via this link. Please let us know if you have any access requirements when you make your booking.
Hopefully you will have seen in the last update that Alex Francis has joined the Sirona mobilisation team. Many of you already know Alex, who works for The Care Forum, and she has now been joined by her colleague Jo Davidson and they are working closely with us to co-design and co-produce with you the VCSE element of the healthcare services contract.
To recap from the last update – please do take a look at Sirona’s website where there is an overview from the slides which were presented by Sirona’s chief executive Janet Rowse at the meeting in September.
We are continuing to pull together some Frequently Asked Questions which we hope will help keep you informed on the next steps and ways you can be involved.
Thank you to those of you who have updated or created an entry on the Well Aware website. We asked for this as many of you have already provided information via email or hard copy about your role within your local communities in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire or across all three, however, we recognise it is difficult it is to keep this up-to-date.
Registering with Well Aware is easy via this link https://www.wellaware.org.uk/register and it is free to use.
The links can also be found on the Sirona web page.
