Aims of the post
• Deliver The Care Forum’s wellbeing signposting service
• Maintain and update our wellbeing websites and databases with timely, accurate information
• Perform administrative functions for The Care Forum with a focus on Healthwatch B&NES and Swindon
• Enthusiastically publicise and demonstrate the service to partners
Well Aware is part of the Bristol based charity The Care Forum. The Care Forum is a health and social care voluntary organisation providing a mixture of frontline services and support to individuals, groups and organisations. Well Aware website provides information on a wide range of organisations; support groups, community groups, events and activities that can help improve your health and wellbeing in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
