Carer wellbeing service – adult carersCarers Support Centre (CSC) Bristol and South Gloucestershire have funding from the Community Lottery Fund for a wellbeing service for carers aged 18 and over. This continues to enable us to provide Mentoring, Befriending and Counselling services for carers by telephone, online and email.The Wellbeing Service supports carers to improve their health, wellbeing and resilience to enable them to stay well and continue caring.We are currently recruiting a Telephone Counsellor to support us in delivery of our Counselling Service (evening role), as well as bank roles to work as and when required..We are looking to recruit a qualified counsellor (evening role) and bank counsellors (working as required by Carers Support Centre) with experience of working by phone, and online. The service will support carers from aged 18+ and therefore you will need experience of working with a wide range of people, including young adults and people from seldom heard groups.
