Well Aware Communications Administrator

Salary: NJC: 7-12 £19,554 - £21,589 - 16 hours per week (Tuesdays, Fridays with flexibility on remaining hours)

The Care Forum is seeking a Communications Administrator to join its Well Aware project.  Successful candidates will need to bring good IT and communication skills and have a commitment to tackling health inequalities and promoting diversity.

Based at the Vassall Centre in Fishponds, Bristol. The Care Forum is a charity which specialises in health and social care, including the delivery of services to individuals, signposting and information, patient and public involvement, volunteer opportunities and voluntary sector infrastructure support.

To deliver a client facing service for the Well Aware online database, advocacy triage and BAB First Contact project by:

  • Signposting public, practitioner, stakeholder and volunteer enquiries to appropriate local support services, via email and telephone
  • Developing, maintaining and marketing the Well Aware database and website content and ensuring that information is proactively collected and kept up to date
  • Processing BAB First Contact checklists
  • Triaging all new requests for TCF advocacy services
