North Somerset Council is looking for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations to take on trainee social workers from 7 October. In order to support a trainee an identified practitioner – preferably not a manager of the service – would need to be named to supervise the trainee, and would first undertake three days of training.
