BNSSG Training Hub Aspiring Leaders in Health and Social Care Programme

This leadership programme is aimed at new and aspiring leaders in primary, community and social care. The programme has four modules:

  • Module 1: Leadership and Management Essentials Masterclass. Tuesday 10th March 2020 (full-day, 09:00 – 17:00).
  • Module 2: Leadership Strengths Workshop (a workshop to identify and develop your own and colleagues’ strengths). Tuesday 7th April 2020 (afternoon only, 12:00 – 17:00).
  • Module 3: The Bigger Picture in Health and Social Care (a workshop exploring system structures, funding, power and influence). Tuesday 5th May 2020 (afternoon only, 12:00 – 17:00).
  • Module 4: Quality improvement workshop (an introduction to quality improvement theory and the tools required to make changes in your organisation). Wednesday 3rd June (afternoon only, 12:00 – 17:00).

The venue for the programme is Engineer’s House, The Promenade, Clifton Down, Avon, Bristol BS8 3NB. 

Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all four modules. There are 30, fully-funded places available on this programme.

This exciting opportunity is open to clinical, managerial and administrative staff working in primary, community and social care in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (with the exception of GPs, who can instead access the 2020 Bristol Next Generation GP programme – details to be released soon).
