Bristol Wellbeing College: Sessions, Courses and Workshops

The latest schedule of Wellbeing College activities and sessions in May and June can be found here: Single-session workshops |  Multi-session courses. In addition, new courses and sessions starting this month include:

  • Mind Your Body, Feed Your Mind: investigating the link between what we eat and how it affects our mind and mental wellbeing.
  • Me, My Diagnosis & I: these sessions will consider how a mental health diagnosis can affect our identity and sense of who we are.
  • Keeping Well (previously known as the Wellness Planning Course): building on the ‘WRAP’ concept (wellness recovery action plan), these sessions will help identify suitable tools to boost wellness.

The College asks that attendees please sign up in advance via their online form for any of their sessions (excluding the Wellbeing Café). For more information about the College, click here to read their handbook.
