Administration and Operational Support
Hours – 30 hours per week
Salary – £23809 per annum FTE (£19046 actual based on hours stated above)
Are you self-motivated, organised, empathetic, able to work independently and think on your feet, then you might want to consider joining a small team of like-minded people.
Our charity, Carers Support, works across Bristol and S. Glos to support unpaid family carers who are supporting their loved ones at home.
We currently have a vacancy in our Young Carers Service Team who provide a range of support to young carers including undertaking assessments, delivering 1:1 support, running an activities programme and a free family day out scheme.
Main duties would include:
• General administrative duties
• Dealing with referrals by creating, updating, amending and closing carer records on our service user database
• Manipulating data from excel and other sources to produce quarterly monitoring reports
• Support co-ordination of activities including use of Eventbrite, promoting through text and social media; recording participation and attendance, ordering taxis, preparing evaluation sheets, producing monitoring data
• Manage logistics of all internal/ external meetings and event as required
• Posting on the service’s social media accounts
