Carers Support

Opportunity to join the Carers Time Team – Counsellor (self-employed)
Carers Support Bristol and South Gloucestershire provide a wide range of information, advice, and support services for unpaid adult and young carers.

We are currently recruiting a Counsellor to support us in the delivery of our Counselling Service where you will be required to offer sessions in person and remotely via Zoom or telephone.
We have funding from the Henry Smith Foundation to provide counselling for carers aged 18 and over. Our trained counsellors offer a safe and confidential space for carers to talk about concerns associated with their caring role along with feeling listened to and understood. Carers will often report feeling more resilient and increased confidence & self-esteem from being able to explore their situation with a Counsellor.
