We think people’s experiences hold power. Working with communities of interest and those who are not always heard from within system change, TCF work tirelessly to ensure that we challenge inequalities through inclusive practice.
This page demonstrates at both a system and place-based level our engagement, insight and person-centred approach helps shape what services deliver and how systems can support lived experience. Our approach towards co-production is one of being;
- Open to listening to peoples experience
- Valuing different perspectives
- Creating something new using everyone’s insight
- Placing trust and value in those who have lived experience
