The Carers’ Support Centre have prpduced short films show individual carers talking about their day-to-day lives. They explain that a real barrier to getting help is that many people do not think of themselves as carers, so they do not know that they can get any help or support for themselves. The films aim to address those barriers by providing important information in Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi and Urdu.
