Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) eBulletin December 2018

2018 has been an important year for health and care in our area and following the launch of our new clinical commissioning group in April we are making good progress with our plans to improve local services, working with our partners and our local population via Healthier Together, our local Sustainability and Transformation Partnership.

Our priorities this year have included the Healthy Weston programme to transform healthcare services in Weston and Worle; the start of our procurement of a new community healthcare provider for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire; transforming urgent care services; developing our six localities; returning the healthcare system to financial balance; and the development of a new strategy for mental health services in our area.
