Putting Online Safety in Context – Bristol Safeguarding Children Board

Putting Online Safety in Context  

An exciting online safety conference taking place on 23rd January 2019 at Bristol Grammar School. This event will support schools  and other education settings with their online safety duties detailed in Keeping Children Safe in Education 2018 and will cover topics including:

  • Keeping the ‘Digital Generation’ safe online
  • Online grooming
  • Contextual Safeguarding online
  • Updates on key online safeguarding topics
  • The voice of the child in relation to online safety

Delegates will also be able to attend a workshop regarding an aspect of online safety selected from a number of choices.

This is a FREE event organised by the E safety Working Group of the BSCB for colleagues in Bristol.
