Personal Experience of Treatment for Self Harm in Bristol Accident & Emergency Departments – Follow up survey 2016

If you have used A&E Services for self harm at Bristol Royal Infirmary or Southmead Hospital Self Injury Self Help (SISH) need your help!

Self Injury Self Help (SISH) Bristol is carrying out a second independent, anonymous and confidential review of Bristol A&E Services for people who have self harmed. If you have used A&E services for self harm in the last 18 months we would really value hearing about your experiences in order to help us inform ongoing service improvement in both hospitals.

You can do this by completing an anonymous online Survey Monkey, or by getting in touch to arrange a telephone or face to face meeting at a time that suits you. The survey will run Jan – March 2016.

If you are a friend, family member or supporter of someone who might like to give their feedback, please let them know about the project so they can get involved if they want to.

For more information contact SISH:

SISH Bristol recognises that there is no stereotype of a person who uses self harm to cope, and accepts a wide range of self-defined activities as self harming. All contributions to this review will be valued equally, so please feel free to get in touch for an informal, no pressure chat about the survey if you would find that helpful.
