European Union Settlement Scheme information sessions

To help raise awareness of the European Union Settlement Scheme, St. Pauls Advice Centre are hosting two events for frontline workers in Bristol on the scheme and share what support they are able to offer and how you can help.

European Union Settlement Scheme information event

Due to Brexit, EU,EEA and Swiss citizens must apply for the EU Settlement Scheme if they want to continue living in the UK after June 2021, even if they have lived in the UK all of their lives. This session is for anyone working or volunteering in Bristol in a client facing role.

The deadline for applications is 30th June 2021

What they will cover:

  • Learn more about the European Union Settlement Scheme, what it is and the impacts of not applying
  • Understand how you can support people to apply
  • Where to signpost people who have more complex cases.
  • How local advice services can help: St. Pauls Advice Centre, South Bristol Advice Services and North Bristol Advice Centre.
