South Gloucestershire Council’s Area Wide Grants 21/22 Round 2

The Area Wide Grant scheme 2021/22 is open for applications

South Gloucestershire Council is inviting applications for Area Wide Grants (AWG) from voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations and town and parish councils.

Area Wide Grants can be applied for to support community projects, events or services designed to meet the needs of residents in at least six of the 14 Community Engagement Forum (CEF) areas in South Gloucestershire.

A budget of £30,000 is available for AWG 2021/22 Round 2 and the deadline for applications is 15 October 2021.

The maximum level of award is £3,000 with flexibility for both exceptional circumstances and budget availability. For further information on the scheme please visit South Gloucestershire Council’s webpage southglos.gov.uk/AWG.

All organisations must be registered to the Grants Online System and must be approved before making an application. For more information please see our Registration Guidance. Applications received before 15 October 2021 will be presented to a sub-group meeting and recommendations from this meeting will be presented to the Executive Member for Public Health and Equality of Opportunity for a decision to be published.
