This service is for young people who are Care Leavers (including Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers) receiving a Care Leaver service from Bristol City Council. The young person needs to have had a history of being in care (or unaccompanied asylum seeker) and 16-25 yrs old. Barnardos will aim to match with a befriender in the community who can help reduce isolation.
