Bristol CCG – Back and Joint Pain Webpage testing and short questionnaire

Back and Joint Pain Webpage testing

Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for providing local healthcare services and is focusing on ways to help people look after themselves. One of their priorities is Self-Care which means individuals looking after their own health.

Back pain and joint pain are very common and Self-Care for this type of condition means managing the condition in order to continue living well.

A webpage is being developed to provide people with information on how to manage their back or joint pain.  It is currently being tested and Bristol CCG would like to get opinions about it from members of the public before they start the main trial of the webpage.

The webpage can be found using the following link:

https://www.bristolccg.nhs.uk/backandjointpain.

We would be grateful if you would try the webpage and then complete a short questionnaire (5 questions) by 22nd May 2016. All information provided will be anonymous. Details of results from the testing and planned changes to the webpage will be made available on the APCRC/BCCG/ Healthwatch website/s?

The questionnaire can be found following the link below:

https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/7BZLN7Y

If you have any questions or have any problems accessing the webpage on mobile devices then please contact swcscomms@swcsu.nhs.uk

Your feedback would be appreciated and will provide information needed in order to make improvements to the webpage.

Thank you very much for helping with this project.
