Consultation Topic: Local highways and transportation projects
South Gloucestershire Council are proposing to introduce a pedestrian refuge on Cowhorn Hill Tower Road South, together with dropped kerbs and tactile paving.
The purpose of this scheme is to improve crossing facilities for pedestrians.
