A morning event full of information, advice and support for people living with diabetes and their families, or those with borderline pre-diabetes, to help you manage the condition, lifestyle choices and health outcomes. Come along and meet the health professionals involved in diabetes care in Swindon (nurses, nutritionists, eye screening, foot care and psychologists) to learn more about diabetes, how to get support and how to reduce its impact on your health and wellbeing now and in the future.
