This year for Mental Health Awareness Week a local community group called AWARE have teamed up with the Salthouse Pub in Clevedon to raise awareness about mental health. AWARE is open to all members of the public who are passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and promoting wellbeing. They have received a small grant from the Public Health Team in North Somerset Council to run events across the area and the festival will be their first event for 2019.
The festival runs for a whole weekend, starting on Saturday 18th May with a taster outdoor swim in Marine Lake at 9am, followed by two days of fun activities including art and craft activities, live music including a set from the Barnacle Buoys, and their very own problem solving booth click her for more information about the booths.
