Bristol and South Gloucestershire Dementia Survey

The second Bristol and South Gloucestershire Dementia Survey

The Bristol Dementia Health Integration Team or HIT is a group of dementia workers, clinicians and academics that meets regularly to co-ordinate dementia care and research across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

In 2013 the Dementia HIT carried out a survey to find out what peoples attitudes towards dementia were. We now want to repeat this survey, to see if anything has changed over the last five years. We have also added some new questions so that we can learn more about the impact of local services and the extent to which Bristol and South Gloucestershire are dementia friendly.

The survey is open to anyone who is aged over 18. You don’t have to live or work in Bristol and South Gloucestershire to complete the survey. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete, and the survey is open to the end of March, 2019. All responses to the survey are anonymous.

The survey can be completed on either a laptop or a mobile device. To complete the survey, just click on this link https://uwe.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/online-survey-of-dementia-attitudes-2018-and-2019.
