Building Health Partnerships – Report

Building Health Partnerships: Self Care is a programme that ran in eight STPs over 12 months from July 2017, with the aim of building relationships between STPs, citizens and the VCSE and facilitates joint action that improves health and care priorities.

With the NHS facing a series of well-known critical challenges, it is in desperate need of new care models that are sustainable and flexible to our changing society. Over the last year, the Building Health Partnerships (BHP) Programme has laid the ground-work for a systemic change in which this can be achieved.

This week, as the NHS reaches its seventieth birthday, we launch the one-year report demonstrating the programme’s impact.
