Cruse Bereavement Care are looking for volunteers to work in Weston Super Mare

Are you a good listener?

Do you enjoy working with people?

Cruse Bereavement Care is a charity which provides information, and support to bereaved people with a wide range of services including information sessions, coffee mornings, support groups, telephone support and one-to-one sessions, throughout Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

You could make a difference as a Cruse Bereavement Volunteer if you have 3 hours per week to spare to see clients in Weston Super Mare.

Volunteers get a lot out of the experience and are well supported in their work with clients – there are supervisors and paid staff looking after them.

Volunteers are provided with high quality bereavement training and our next Awareness in Bereavement Care (ABC) course will start in March 2017 and take place on Saturdays at the Friends Meeting House in Weston Super Mare.

Our experiential training programme involves course work, including regular portfolio work, which will be a record of your learning, training and development as a Bereavement Volunteer.
