CQC’s Because We All Care campaign, jointly launched with Healthwatch England, encourages more people to speak up and feedback about their or a loved one’s care. The campaign is supported by a coalition of partner organisations, including The Patients Association and the local Healthwatch network.
The campaign has already resulted in over 50,000 people sharing their experiences. Information which has helped inform how CQC regulates services, as well as the recommendations Healthwatch has made at a national and local level to professionals about service improvements.
The campaign aims to help services identify and address quality issues and support patients by encouraging people to share feedback on individual experiences of health and social care services in England.
