A Better Connected South Gloucestershire

South Gloucestershire’s Better Care Delivery Group and Health & Wellbeing Board invite you and your colleagues to take part in this action-focused learning event.
We have seen a huge amount of ‘system wide’ working seeking to improve the experience of people who live in South Gloucestershire and to ensure that the resources we have available are used to the best effect.
The event is designed to strengthen knowledge across the system about the range of support in place, to identify opportunities to improve the use the resources we have available and to influence and inform the development of the new South Gloucestershire Health & Wellbeing Strategy.
We are seek to hear a wide range of voices from across South Gloucestershire and welcome both front line practitioners and managers from organisations working with residents of South Gloucestershire – we recognise that everyone’s time is precious and have designed the morning to be productive, informative and enjoyable – we look forward to you and your colleagues joining us.
