Growing Support are a small social enterprise that provide Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) activities for people living in care homes in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, and Bath and North East Somerset. They primarily work with older people with dementia but they also have some community garden projects to help combat social isolation.
