Bristol Community Transport provides transport services for older and disabled people who have difficulty using public transport. Our Dial-a-Ride service offers door-to-door transport for travel anywhere in Bristol and is free to holders of concessionary Older or Disabled Person’s bus passes provided by Bristol City Council and who have become members of the Dial-a-Ride service (Membership is £5 per annum).
The Dial-a-Ride service is particularly useful for people who might be at risk of social isolation or loneliness due to mobility issues and enables them to get out and about to shops, social activities, visiting friends and families or attending health centres.
