For many of us working across the South West, it comes as little suprise that tiers 2 and 3 are now to be mandated across much of the region as a means to control infection rates.
The economic and health and wellbeing impacts on communities, individuals, charities and businesses will continue to remain at the forefront of the news in the coming weeks.
What has been clear to me over the past few months is the sheer hard work that people are committed to. Ambulance services, A+E departments, social prescribers, data analysts, communications and administrative personnel, health care assistants, housekeepers and SME business owners. This list of people I have heard from is endless and the narrative they draw is inspiring. So as we move into another phase of control. I want to thank you for the hours you put in, effort you show and commitment you share in leadership at such a difficult time.
During this challenging time, TCF will continue to deliver services and support our communities, individuals, members and other stakeholders as best we can.
If you live in Bristol or South Gloucestershire you can find services that are available to you via our well aware website. If you are in Swindon or BANES our Health Watch services remain functional.
