Free Outdoor Wellbeing and Practical Skills Course at St Werburghs City farm

A new 9 week outdoor wellbeing and practical skills course will be starting from 1st February until 29th March, for 18-25s.

Each session will be taking place at Boiling Wells, which is their private and peaceful wooded space. It will focus on a range of conservation, food growing and practical maintenance tasks that are involved in caring for the site and it’s wildlife. They will also explore simple natured based mindfulness practices to support positive mental health and wellbeing.
Just being in the space chatting or spending time alone on the land is also welcomed and encouraged.

No previous experience needed or expected at all!
