A survey has been sent to everyone in receipt of a care service from South Gloucestershire including people who are receiving Direct Payments.
The Your Care Survey gathers views from people who receive care services in South Gloucestershire. Feedback from service users is very valuable to us as it will help us to improve care services in South Gloucestershire.
The deadline for survey responses is Friday 20th December 2019.
