Survey: How the mental health of VCSE sector staff is being impacted by Covid-19 across the South West

The Care Forum is launching a survey to gather data on how the mental health of VCSE sector staff is being impacted by coronavirus (Covid-19) across the South West of England.

This survey will be launched in the next week. It will ask how the mental health of VCSE sector staff across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Wiltshire is being impacted by Covid-19, particularly in relation to their employment (e.g. homeworking) and social distancing.

The Care Forum is developing this piece of research in partnership with our Civil Society Partners, and we will regularly share the results from across our sector.

From the information gathered, we will look at themes over time to help our sector understand some of the issues facing our organisations, our staff and our volunteers.

We ask you – our VCSE partners and colleagues across the region – to support this work by getting your teams to regularly fill in this survey and to spread the word. By building out this data with as many responses as possible from across the sector, we can have a rich, freely available dataset that can support our sector in the coming months.

If you have any questions, please get in touch. Otherwise, we will be in touch soon once the survey has been launched.
