The Care Forum launches coronavirus (COVID-19) staff wellbeing and employment survey for the VCSE sector

The Care Forum has launched a new survey to gather data on how working and volunteering in the context of coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting the wellbeing of voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector staff across the West of England. The purpose of this is to inform strategy and decision-making on how the VCSE sector can better support the wellbeing of its employees and volunteers in the months to come.

The survey asks how the wellbeing of VCSE sector staff across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and Wiltshire is being impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) working and volunteering arrangements, and how VCSE organisations can better support their staff.

This piece of research is being delivered in partnership with our Civil Society Partners, and The Care Forum will regularly share the results from across our sector, looking at themes over time to help our sector understand some of the issues facing our organisations, our staff and our volunteers.

The Care Forum requests that VCSE partners and colleagues across the region support this work by sharing the link as widely as possible, and asking their teams to fill in this survey.

The link to the survey is here.
