Access guides for people with disabilities

AccessAble, formerly DisabledGo, work with Bristol City Council to provide online Access Guides for people with disabilities throughout the city.

They produce online access guides by going in person to a venue and collecting factual information, measurements and photographs. The idea is so that people can view avenue before going there to know about various pieces of information such as lighting levels, hearing loops, door widths, accessible toilets and more.

The website is www.AccessAble.co.uk and there is also an accompanying app called AccessAble. Find out more at https://www.accessable.co.uk/organisations/bristol.
