An application was submitted to South Gloucestershire Council (the registration authority) to register the land at Frenchay Hospital delineated by the yellow line on Plan 1 as new town or village green (TVG).
Various discussions took place throughout 2013-2016 and it was agreed between the parties (the landowner, North Bristol NHS Trust, and the Applicant) that some of the land subject to the application will be voluntarily registered as TVG.
Following this discussion the landowner submitted an application to voluntarily register that part of the land hatched green on Plan 2 as a TVG. The Applicant wrote to the Registration Authority to withdraw his application following confirmation that the land would be registered. The Commons Register has been updated to register the land hatched green on Plan 2 as a TVG.
