We are pleased to share with you our brand new leaflet aimed at patients, service users and their carers: Good care from nurses and midwives. This leaflet explains what a professional Code means for patients and service users and the standards of care they should expect. It also gives some information about how patients, service users and carers can raise concerns if they are unhappy with the care received.
We have also produced an easy-read version that has been checked by the Making It Easier Group of people with learning disabilities.
