Self Harm Survey (South West) – Tell us about your treatment, experience and ideas to improve support

We believe that people in the south west should receive the best possible services, especially when they most need support.

The Care Forum is asking local people about self-harm, and the treatment they have received. We want to hear your experiences and ideas for improving support, and we also want to start to find out why more people in the south west end up in A&E after self-harm than in the rest of England.

All responses will be treated confidentially. You don’t have to give your name. A report will be created which you can read (please leave an email address if you would like a copy). We will use the report will improve local services. The survey will close at the end of August.
