Are you OK? Christmas campaign from Keeping People Safe- Bristol Safeguarding Team

Earlier this year, Keeping people safe launched the Are you OK? campaign to encourage people to check in with friends, family and neighbours to make sure they are OK during the pandemic.

Now with Christmas around the corner, they are reaching out to remind people of the hidden effects of coronavirus, how to spot signs for concern and where to find help.

Christmas can be a difficult time, even without the pandemic, and many people will find Christmas particularly challenging this year for lots of reasons. Some people might be spending it alone, whilst others might be facing more stress at home.
